Not so jacked about how your cookies turn out at Christmas. We are offering up a crash course in cookie making basics. This course will be taught by owners Lise Garden and Cait Patrick.

What you will learn:

• How to make a classic shortbread cookie with yummy ingredients to customize your own flavours.

• How to make and decorate sugar cookies with royal icing

• How to make traditional gingerbread people

Items included in the course:

• Take home half a dozen of each cookie type to share with friends and family

• A solid knowledge of cookie basics that you can use for years to come
